Eat good, feel good

There’s more to training for a half marathon than simply upping the distance of your runs. If you want to perform at your best it’s important to think about how you’re fuelling your body – on rest days as well as training days.

Don’t panic, this doesn’t mean you’re only allowed to eat bland carbs and salad!
