Sackville School's superb support

Katharine, Isabelle, Peter Lane (Headmaster), and Deirdre with the giant cheque!

Sackville School in Tonbridge, Kent, has generously been supporting Build Africa since 2011 and towards the end of the school year presented Build Africa with a cheque for £2000.

Katharine and Deirdre visited the school to give a presentation highlighting who the money will help and how it will change lives and to say thank you to the student body and staff for their combined effort and fantastic achievement.

Throughout the year all areas of the school took part in various fundraising activities, including Isabelle Burrows who raised £185 by taking part in the Hildenborough Fun Run in May. Isabelle not only completed the route, but ran in inspirational company: Dame Kelly Holmes also took part in the race and even found time to have her photo taken with Isabelle.
