Oliver Kemp - Chief ExecutiveOliver was appointed as Chief Executive in 2010. He originally joined Build Africa in 2008 as Director of Fundraising and Communications. Previously he was responsible for the fundraising teams at Education Action International and the Haemophilia Society. Oliver also set up and ran his own successful business. |

Specioza Kiwanuka - Country Director Build Africa UgandaSpecioza joined Build Africa in February 2011. She has many years of experience in international development, most recently as Director of Programmes with Action Aid International Uganda. |

George Otiu-Kidenda - Country Director Build Africa KenyaGeorge joined Build Africa in 2006. He has over 30 years experience in development, holding senior positions in such organisations as Plan International and CARE International in Kenya. |

Adrian Stockman - Director of ResourcesAdrian joined Build Africa in 2007. He is a chartered accountant with six years experience at Amnesty International UK and 15 years experience as a commercial finance director. |

Daan Gerretsen - Director of Programme QualityDaan has 19 years of experience working in Africa and Asia. In 1995 he joined VSO, taking up the position of Country Director in Namibia in 2001. In 2009 he co-led the development of a new corporate strategy for VSO, while at the beginning of 2010 he supported the Regional Aids Initiative of Southern Africa (RAISA) as Programme Implementation Manager. |
